5. Availability

Should a product not be available after the purchase has been made, Ogbe Store will inform the customer and proceed with a refund of the corresponding amount.

Ogbe Store reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

However, the applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.

9. Dropshipping System

Ogbe Store operates using the dropshipping model.

This means that certain products are shipped directly from our authorized logistics suppliers.

Consequently:

  • Delivery time may vary depending on the supplier.

  • Some orders may be shipped in separate packages.

  • The packaging received may differ from that shown in promotional images.

10. Shipping

Orders are processed as quickly as possible.

The usual delivery period is between 7 and 15 business days, although it may vary depending on demand, supplier availability, weather conditions, or logistical incidents.

The indicated times are estimates and do not constitute an absolute guarantee of delivery.

Ogbe Store will not be responsible for delays caused by transport companies, customs, strikes, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed by our suppliers.

Once the logistical process has begun, it will not be possible to cancel the order.

12. Returns

Customers have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return, provided that the product:

  • has not been used;

  • retains its original tags;

  • is in perfect condition;

  • retains its original packaging when possible.

For hygiene or safety reasons, there may be products excluded from the right of return where expressly indicated.

13. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Ogbe Store will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If applicable, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error attributable to Ogbe Store or a defective product.

14. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must report it within 48 hours of delivery via email, attaching photographs to prove the incident.

Ogbe Store will evaluate the case and offer, as appropriate, a replacement, a repair where applicable, or a refund.
